Eating Healthy

One way to stay healthy is to work out at least 30 minutes a day. If you eat a salad that is ok, but that doesnt mean to drown it in dressing or cheese. Also alot of things are healthy, but you have top eat them in portions. If you trade out one bad food a day, with a healthy snack, or something to tie you over until u get the meal. If you eat healthy all day, and then snack on junk food, or drink alot of soda, or eat a very unhealthy dinner, then it is all a waste. Every now and then you can cheat and eat unhealthy, but change a soda for water, or chips for vegetables. Just be active. It wont hurt you to change out bad habits for better habbits, or to exercise a little.
