Tomorrow i am goin to six flags. I am goin to six flags with the festus 8th grade band. I think we are goin to do just fine, but i really dont wanna go perform, I just want to go and have fun, and ride rides. After we get back from six flags, I am heading to clear water for the weekend. I am going to be riding atvs, fishin, boating, knee boarding, shooting guns... I am going to have alot of fun this weekend. Also on our way home i get to ride in a cop car, because my friends dad is a cop, and he gets to take his patrol car. We even get to shoot his cop weapons.

Earth Day

Yesterday as most people know of was earth day. On earth day you can plant more plants. Anything to make the earth a better place. There were multiple places yesterday to collect old, unused electronics, so that you don't just throw it away, they can put it at the right place to be desposed of right. There were also smart cars on sale yesterday, they said "if you by this now you will save $4000, but they will raise the price $4000 before they make that deal.Some schools went around planting trees yesterday.

Band

Today we all the 8th grade band members had a band practice. We were playing all 3rd hour. We have about 100 kids in the 8th grade band. I was almost late, because we quit playing after the bell, and I had to help put percussion things away. I think Mrs.Vinyard is getting stressed, because we have to to go to competition in a little over a week. Last year we got first place, but I don't know about this year. Our songs are allot harder this year than last year. I hope we do good at the Windsor competition.

Reward Motive

The reward that would motivate me is deer jerky. If every time we got a reward, we got deer jerky, you would be the best teacher ever, I mean u already are. You could also get different flavors of jerky, like original, terriaki, black pepper, jalapeno. Then when you got hungry, you could snack on it. See no matter how you look at it, it is a great idea. Everybody likes jerky. You could tease kids with it, and say if you do this i will give you this, and never give it to them.

Once upon a time there was a teacher named Mr. Kinder. He is our health teacher. He was funny but not all that smart, at certain topics. He was talking to Mrs.Debolt, and said that peace out means whats up. Him and Mrs.Debolt had a long argument over the whole topic. Finally she won the fight, because everybody knows the girl will win sooner or later. Mr.Kinder just didn't want to hear anymore of it, so he said "what ever", and walked off. Now I think Mr.kinder knows that she was right, but he just didn't want to admit it to her, and give in. Mr. Kinder is just a boss and wont give in to anyone.

Eating Healthy

One way to stay healthy is to work out at least 30 minutes a day. If you eat a salad that is ok, but that doesnt mean to drown it in dressing or cheese. Also alot of things are healthy, but you have top eat them in portions. If you trade out one bad food a day, with a healthy snack, or something to tie you over until u get the meal. If you eat healthy all day, and then snack on junk food, or drink alot of soda, or eat a very unhealthy dinner, then it is all a waste. Every now and then you can cheat and eat unhealthy, but change a soda for water, or chips for vegetables. Just be active. It wont hurt you to change out bad habits for better habbits, or to exercise a little.
