Paper Millionaires

  With most government you would expect them to take collect taxes and to be in debt. In Norway however its reassurance to know that's not what their government does. On January 9th of 2014 everyone from the newest born to the elderly were paper millionaires. Each getting 164,000 each the streets of Norway were shouting with cheer. Oil sales increased by 824.5 billon dollars That caused Norways government to be a generous this year. A great way for Norway to start off 2014.

4.The dividend was 5 on her math test.

5.Nordic was the word she missed one the test.

6.She spoke Norwegian.

7.Her best friend was savvy.

The Verrückt

At one of the many waterparks in Kansas city, co-owner Jeff Henry has designed a new water slide called the Verrückt.This new water slide is a least 14 stories high.The ride with its 7 story drop goes 65mph. Just to get up to the top of the slide it takes 264 steps. The ride definitely lives up to its name verrückt which actually means insane in German. With a grand opening on memorial day this ride will be open, but for now they are checking to make sure every passenger will return safely.

Windmills

  Jung-Chih Chiao and Smitha Rao invented mini solar powered windmills. They were 1.8 millimeters wide and 2 millimeters tall. They were so small that 9 of them could fit in one grain of sand. The miniature windmills could be used as a sensor to turn on your lights at night. Even though they were small they could produce strong winds. Although they can be sold very cheaply with commercial viable.

My name is Lauren Graham. I'll be using this blog during third quarter.

This quater

This quarter I had technology and some things I did not like including vocabulary every week and there are some things I did like including working with computers and learning different things you can do on it and I my typing speed has improved a lot by 17 wpm to 36 wpm and we did do a lot of fun projects like pixel art. I have learned a lot about computers too.

Freestyle

Today I'm writing about my Christmas traditions. Every year on Christmas eve we get to open one Christmas present. It is usually a small present like a t-shirt. Then on Christmas morning our family wakes up about 5 in the morning to open our presents. Then after a few hours later our relatives come to our house and we do a gift exchange then we have a big lunch. When we are done eating we play games and have fun.

My Opinion

I think that everyone is titled to their opinion you could be either one you could be special or ordinary there is not really any certain way you have to be to be considered as 'OK' I don't think that there is a right not to be special or ordinary you can be either one I think you can be special in Europe and ordinary in the USA I mean whats the point of saying its OK to be special or ordinary in different countries there is no right telling you what is okay to be.
